The automatic heat press machine is designed for restaurants to efficiently seal sauce cups, ensuring hygienic packaging and consistent sealing quality. The system integrates precise temperature control and automated pressing mechanisms within a compact and durable structure.
Objectives: Ensure consistent and reliable sealing; improve packaging speed and efficiency; maintain food safety and hygiene standards; provide a user-friendly and compact design suitable for commercial kitchens.

Machine Overview
Challange 1: Achieving uniform heat distribution across different cup sizes
Solution: Uniform heating is achieved by integrating a high-conductivity aluminum heating plate with embedded heating elements, ensuring even temperature spread. A PID temperature control system maintains stable thermal conditions.
Challange 2: Ensuring consistent sealing quality under continuous operation
Solution: Consistent sealing is maintained through precise control of temperature, pressure, and dwell time. The system utilizes a motor-driven actuation mechanism combined with compression springs to apply uniform pressure.
Challange 3: Designing for durability in high-usage environments
Solution:Durability is addressed by using robust materials such as stainless steel for the enclosure and industrial-grade components for the actuation system. The design incorporates thermal insulation and proper ventilation.
